Client 1

This couple wanted the Reverse Mor tgage to give them the option of paying or not paying the monthly principal and interest they still owe on their home. They also used a part of the Line of Credit to pay off a high interest credit card. There is still more money in their Line of Credit, if they ever choose to use it. They are paying their insurance and home owners taxes every month.

Client 2

A single woman set up the Reverse Mor tgage in case she ever needed money from her Line of Credit. She is in her mid 60’s and decided to do it now, while she is healthy, both mentally and physically.
